Job Requirements

  • Candidates must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Management, Advertising/Media or equivalent.
  • Candidates must possess at least 3 Year(s) and above of working experience as Social Media Specialist in Digital Marketing field.
  • Advanced knowledge in Social Media Marketing skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Keen to contribute and KPI-driven.
  • A team player, but also enjoys working independently.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Power Point is an advantage.

Job Responsibilities

  • Build, plan, strategize, implement, and fully manage all kinds of social media digital marketing and advertising campaigns including Facebook and Instagram ads to generate leads or enquiries across multiple channels.
  • AUse of the toolkit to measure and monitor progress of social media campaigns using various metrics or tracking - find out what works, tweaks and improve communications, tactics, campaigns, and etc.
  • Optimize social campaigns using various data analytics tracking tools and identify opportunities to improve ROI, lead generation, brand awareness, social exposure, and etc.
  • Set up Facebook pixel, conversion, event tracking, and remarketing activities for further optimization.
  • Effective utilization and controlling of campaigns’ budgeting and spending.
  • Provide data mining support including competitors' social media activities and analyze results.
  • Full responsibility for hands on interaction within social media platforms; keeping on top of the Blog, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, LinkedIn, and etc. to build up the brands’ social profile and presence.
  • Oversee the social media calendar and the content marketing strategy of the brands, ensuring all the social activities are managed and tracked.
  • Engage audience with various kinds of photography or video-based content, landing pages, collateral design and production for marketing purposes and brand awareness.
  • Analyze social media trends and explore new ways to engage and identify new social networks.
  • Constant reporting and present relevant data, trends, successes, exceptions, and etc.
