Job Requirements

  • Age between (18-35 years old), men and women are not limited and have a high school degree or above.
  • Familiar with the basic operation of the computer, typing more than 40 words per minute, familiar with the Internet, proficient in using network chat tools and various office software.
  • No specific experience is required.
  • Customer service, research experience, persistence, communication skills, mathematics, typing, collaborations, problem-solving skills.
  • Required language: Good command in English and any languages between (Bahasa Indonesia / Khmer / Chinese / Tagalog / Thai / Vietnamese)

Job Responsibilities

Summary: outbound sales strategy to generate sales leads to hit the target, achieve excellent customer satisfaction, build long-term relationships with customers.

  • Generate sales leads that develop into new customers.
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Interact with new/existing customers on behalf of organizations by providing information about products and services, taking orders, responding to customer complaints, and answering customer questions.
  • Build rapport and long-term relationships with customers while providing excellent customer service standards.
  • Ensure customer orders that are received through incoming telephone calls, websites, social media, etc. are processed on time.
  • Sales target: daily, weekly and monthly target needed to achieve.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
  • To support any ad-hoc project or task related to customer service.
