Job Requirements

  • Age between (18-35 years old), men and women are not limited, have no experience of going abroad, and have a high school degree or above.
  • Familiar with the basic operation of the computer, typing more than 40 words per minute, familiar with the Internet, proficient in using network chat tools and various office software.
  • No specific experience is required.
  • Strong communication, attention to detail, team management, problem solving skills.
  • Required language: Good command in English and any languages between Bahasa Indonesia / Khmer / Chinese / Tagalog / Thai / Vietnamese)

Job Responsibilities

Summary: achieve excellent customer satisfaction, build long term relationships with customers, answer customer questions.

  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Interact with new/existing customers on behalf of organisations by providing information about products and services, taking orders, responding to customer complaints and answering customer questions.
  • Build rapport and long term relationship with customers while providing excellent customer service standards.
  • Ensure customer orders that are received through incoming telephone calls, websites, social media, etc. are processed on time.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
  • Come up with new strategic plans and discuss them with the direct supervisor.
  • To support any ad-hoc project or task related to customer service.
